Lucy Krause has been decorating cakes for 29 years and has been in business in Huntsville since 1997. She has previously worked in a bakery, taught decorating classes for a major department store, and worked in a local cake shop. She is also a member of the International Cake Exploration Societe' (ICES). Lucy has attended many decorating classes and workshops taught by renowned international instructors. She has references from many, many outstanding customers in Huntsville. She has supplied chocolates for some of the finest restaurants in the Huntsville and the surrounding area. The skill, diligence, and attention to details make her cakes the prettiest and most impressive you will find.
